Rancho Oso RV Park
We camped here with our friends Kathy & Grant for 4 nights on June 21. Other than going out to dinner and church Saturday night, we spent the whole time in the park. This is a membership park and a working ranch on 300 acres. There are two sections to this park; one with full hookups with 30 amp electric, water, and sewer, and the other has just electric and water and there are also some dry camping in the limited hookup section. We were in the full hookup section which had relatively level gravel sites as I did not need to use my jacks. There was a picnic table and barbecue stove at our site, but no camp fire pit. Our site was wide enough and long enough for our rig. We attended a free rodeo and cattle roundup while there and also attended a seminar about the history of the ranch. The property also has two clean, well used, swimming pools and a heated spa. There is a mini golf course, horseshoe pits, pickelball court, pool table and ping pong in the clubhouse. There was also a wine tasting while we were there. On weekends they served breakfast and dinner. There is really no reason to leave. There was no over the air TV or cell phone service. We paid $10 per night through RPI and I rate this park M****.
